Alain Ducasse cooking school in Paris

One of my favorite chef is Alain Ducasse (try the Plaza Athenee restaurant in Paris or Louis XV  in Monaco  !). This worldwide- three times triple stars -chef opened two years ago a cooking school in Paris and because people know I’m gourmet and gourmande (greedy) my name was given to the school to do the translation for a british group ! I’m not a translator but art historian, nevertheless I wanted to go and see the cooking school, and by the way it was the opportunity to take a class ! I was not desappointed : the kitchens are so gorgeous, bright, colourful, high tech, a perfect frame to improve your talent ! There were two female chefs, Rosalba and Sabrina, very professional and flexible, adaptating themselves to the level of the participants.

I was called again for this friday and lucky me , it was a macaroon workshop with a pastry chef, Cyril. So great !!

You can come in family, with friends, with your company (it changes from museums tour !), you have also a wine cellar for wine initiation and tasting sessions.

N.B :  They  have a special kids workshop for Halloween right now !
