Mini Palais restaurant in Grand Palais
The restaurant reopens last september after one year and half work and it’s a success ! I enjoyed everything : the decor, the food , the welcome and service, which were so professional !
First the decor, it was a challenge to create a friendly atmosphere in such impressive volumes. You are in Grand Palais built in 1900 for the Universal fair, a stone throw from Champs-Elysée, just next to one of the most beautiful bridges in Paris: Alexander IIII. You can take advantage of a phenomenal terrace in summer time, facing Petit Palais. Riviera style atmosphere !
About the menu, the chef who created it is one of my favorite : Eric Frechon from Bristol, 3 stars chef.
Perfect starter : as tasty as colourful, refreshing and original with a watermelon jelly. Then I took a fish which was cooked perfectly and recovered with almonds…mmm so yummy ! I will come back soon and will recommend to all of my clients and friends that place for sure as the summer spot !
